Computer Clarity's Service Contract Warranty is a
service plan that protects the consumer and their
computer, laptop, desktop or workstation from unforeseen
labor charges, repair costs, downtime or total system
failure.
Virus Removal
If your computer gets a virus while
covered by this warranty, Computer Clarity will remove
the virus and if needed, reload the customer’s
(licensed) software back into the computer at no charge.
Windows Operating
System and Software*
All software includes Windows Operating
System and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,
PowerPoint and Internet Explorer) software.
We will repair, reconfigure or
reinstall the software at no charge. *(Clients must have the product
license or product key code.)
Software
Updates
The most current software updates
and patches are deployed to your computer. If any updates or patches fail, our
service technician will repair the software at no charge. All updates and patches are
performed after hours on your schedule to avoid
interruption.
Performance
Peak performance eliminates wear
and tear on the hardware. We will maintain your computer's
speed and performance like it was new and monitor the
hardware for unexpected failures at no additional
charge. All the temporary files, cookies,
temporary internet files and other unnecessary programs
that build up in a computer will be removed
continuously. The hard drive will be optimized and data errors
corrected. All weekly maintenance is performed
after hours on your schedule to avoid interruption. *(internet speed and computer
capabilities may hinder peak performance.)

Immediate remote access to our
service technicians is provided by our secured and
encrypted Clarity Support Icon
located on the bottom tool bar in your computer.
